Special Guest:  Rev. Joseph Ellwanger, retired ELCA pastor and civil rights activist with Dr. Martin Luther King.

Our partners for this event:  The Wisconsin Council of Churches, The Interfaith Conference of Greater Milwaukee, Madison Urvan Ministries,
    and the Lutheran Office on Public Policy.  Meet at Bethel Lutheran Church (2 blocks from Capitol) for a plenary session by Dr. Michael
    Kinnamon, new Director of the National Council of Churches.  This will be followed by breakout groups on specific issues.  After lunch, a rally on the Capitol steps and then visits to state legislators.
